RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges due to change of mind.
Our stones are natural and there are no two stones that look the same in appearance, characteristics.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and ship items back within 5 days of delivery. We will organise a replacement of the same item or to the same value of the item. If this isn’t possible we will organise a full refund.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Shipping Policy

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are missing after delivery. We are happy to help if your order is late. Our orders do not require signature on delivery, meaning it may be left at your address if safe to do so.
